Shipping
We ship from Nashville, TN via USPS priority,with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship, unless all of the items you have ordered are marked READY TO SHIP in the item description. USPS claims 1-3 days for priority delivery.
International orders ship via regular USPS and shipping times will vary. Please consult USPS.com if you would like more information about average times.
Free Gift Wrap
All jewelry pieces will ship in gift boxes with cotton fill. If you order multiple pieces, they may be packaged in a single gift box. If you require each item to be packaged separately, please note this in the appropriate box when you place your order.
Payment
We accept Paypal as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments online through the Paypal system. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use your credit card.
Returns
Items may be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs within 14 days of receipt. If the item is damaged it will be replaced free of charge once the damaged piece has been returned.
